More accurate grammar in stories
- A new check on Croatian stories. Before a Croatian story reaches you, Stichos now checks that a character’s name is followed by the right form of the verb. For example, it catches “Nikola trebam” (“Nikola I-need”) and corrects it to “Nikola treba” (“Nikola needs”) before you see the story.
- Clearer writing rules in 13 languages. We reworded the examples Stichos’s story writer learns from in Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Latvian, Serbian, Slovenian and Spanish, so they no longer show a wrong verb form as an example. This makes that kind of mistake less likely in new stories.
- Every story is still read by a separate grammar check before you see it, in every language.
Stories you already have don’t change. If you spot a mistake in a story, please tell us: rate the story and add a comment, or write to us.
