Contact us

Email info@stichos.com. It’s the one address for every question about Stichos.

When to email rather than ask Help

Ask Help first for how-to questions: it answers straight away and can pass a problem on to us. Email us directly when:

  • You can’t sign in with two-factor. You’ve lost your authenticator app, your passkeys, and your recovery codes. Write from your account’s email address, so we know it’s you. See If you’ve lost every way to sign in.
  • A charge looks wrong. For example, you were charged twice, or after you canceled. Invoices and your card are in Plan & billing › Manage subscription, but only we can look into a charge or a refund.
  • Something is wrong with your account. You can’t sign in at all, you didn’t ask for a change you see, or you think someone else is using your account.
  • You can’t use Help. For example, you can’t sign in, or you’ve used today’s Help messages.

Ways to reach us

  1. Email: write to info@stichos.com from any email app.
  2. In the app: open the account menu (your avatar at the top of the app). Under Support, choose Need help? Email us. The Help panel also has an Email us link at the top.
  3. On the website: choose Contact at the bottom of the Stichos website and fill in the form (Your email, Message, then Send message).
  4. On a story: rate it under the story (How was this story?). See Rate a story.
  5. On a guide page: at the end of every page in these guides, Was this page helpful? takes a Yes or No and, if you like, a comment under Anything we should add or fix? (optional). It’s anonymous, so we can’t reply to it.

What to include

The more we know, the faster we can help:

  • the email address of your Stichos account (write from it if you can);
  • what you were doing, and what you expected to happen;
  • the exact message you saw, copied or as a screenshot;
  • the page, the language and level, and the story title if it’s about a story;
  • your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari”.

Never send your password or your recovery codes. We’ll never ask for them.

Example

Sarah writes from her account’s address: “I was charged twice for Learner Plus on October 3. My account email is this one. I’ve attached the two Stripe receipts.”

Will I get a reply?

Yes, to questions and problems. We reply to the address you wrote from. Feedback is read, but doesn’t always get a reply.

I’m a student with a tutor’s link

For a question about the story or the lesson, ask your tutor. For a question about Stichos itself, email us. See Reading a story you were sent.
